Questions store owners ask
Do I need to share my Shopify password?
No. You accept a collaborator request from my Shopify Partner account. You control exactly what I can access and can remove it anytime.
Will this break my live store?
No. I work on a duplicate of your theme and send you a preview link. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Do you use apps?
Theme fixes are built natively in your theme (Liquid, CSS, JavaScript), so you don't pay another monthly app fee and your store stays fast.
Which themes do you work with?
All modern Shopify themes, including Dawn, Horizon, Fabric, Prestige, Impulse, Impact, Be Yours and Symmetry, plus older themes like Debut and page builders like GemPages and PageFly.
How do I pay?
By invoice after delivery (Payoneer or international bank transfer). New clients pay only after approving the preview. You can also hire me through Fiverr or Upwork if you prefer platform protection.
I don't have a store yet. Can you help?
Yes. I build the store, connect Meta Pixel + Conversions API and GA4 before launch, and can run your first Meta ads. Choose 'New store / website build' in the form, no store URL needed.
Why do I need the Conversions API if I already have the Pixel?
Browser pixels miss conversions because of ad blockers and browser privacy. The Conversions API sends the same events from the server, so Meta sees more of your real sales and optimises better. Both together, deduplicated, is Meta's recommended setup.
Who owns the ad account and data?
You do. Ads run in your own Business Manager and ad account, and you pay ad spend directly to Meta. I only get partner access, which you can remove anytime.
What if I need something bigger?
Figma to Shopify, custom sections, Horizon customisation and custom websites are quoted after a short call. Send your details through the audit form.
